ADMISSIONS

Enrolling in Kairos Academy is an exciting experience, and the process starts with a student application. After applying, applicants will take an entrance exam to determine appropriate placement in our classes. The entrance exam will be followed by a family interview which we consider the most important part of the process because not only is this a chance for us to get to know you and your child, but it’s a chance for you to get to know us and get all of your questions answered. If accepted, students can officially enroll in the school and begin their educational journey!

TUITION & COSTS

We strive to provide an exceptional educational experience at an affordable rate.     We offer tuition payment plans.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Please Note: Due to the high level of interest in our program, all prospective families must complete the following steps to be considered for admission.

1

Submit an Admission Inquiry for the 2026/2027 School Year.

Completing this step ensures your family priority registration when enrollment opens in February 2026.

2

Schedule an Introductory Call.

Once the Admission Inquiry has been submitted, a staff member will reach out to schedule an introductory call. This is a valuable opportunity for us to connect, get to know one another, and answer any preliminary questions you may have.

3

Schedule a Campus Tour

Stop by and visit our campus, meet our staff, and see firsthand what sets Kairos Academy apart.

4

Shadow Day

After Steps 1–3 are completed, we will schedule a Shadow Day. This is a great opportunity for your student to meet their potential teachers and classmates. Shadow Days are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

5

Entrance Testing

Please schedule your student's Entrance Exam, which must be completed before the family interview.

6

Family Interview
